Turn better processes into better technology. And better technology into better business.

We are looking for an Internal Process & Technology Manager who can identify inefficient business processes, improve them, and use technology, AI and automation to create smarter ways of working.

This is not a traditional IT Manager or pure development role. We need someone who understands both business processes and technology and can take an improvement from idea through implementation.

What You’ll Do

Improve Business Processes

  • Review and map existing processes to identify bottlenecks, manual work and inefficiencies.
  • Redesign workflows using Lean Six Sigma and process-improvement techniques.
  • Use data and reporting to identify opportunities and measure results.

Use Technology to Solve Business Problems

  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI, automation and digital tools.
  • Support the configuration, deployment and testing of new technology solutions.
  • Conduct UAT, troubleshoot issues and ensure solutions work effectively.

Connect Business & Technology

  • Act as the bridge between business teams, developers and technology partners.
  • Translate requirements into clear specifications for development.
  • Work with external developers where required and ensure solutions address the actual business need.

Who We’re Looking For

You are a process thinker with strong technology understanding who is comfortable working hands-on with systems and stakeholders.

You should be able to:

  • Analyse a process and quickly identify what can be improved.
  • Turn business problems into practical technology solutions.
  • Work confidently with AI, automation, systems, analytics and reporting.
  • Understand technologies such as GitHub, Python and Ruby on Rails without necessarily being a full-time developer.
  • Take ownership from problem identification through testing and implementation.
  • Communicate confidently with business teams, leadership and developers.
